My name is Morgan Ann Gilkeson — known professionally as Miss Mo' — and I write to you as the founder and sole IP owner of Mo' Jam Presents LLC and the architect of the Trifecta Rhythm Education System (TRES): a WASC-accredited, proprietary rhythm-first curriculum spanning 29 individual curricula, 1,400+ lesson plans, seven developmental tiers, and a full age range of 1 through 25. Every component I describe in this letter is documented, structured, copyrighted, and deployable today.

I am reaching out because your organization and TRES share a foundational conviction: that music is not a luxury — it is a developmental necessity. Where your method has built something extraordinary through melody, pitch, and tonal language, I have spent over a decade building a parallel and complementary architecture in which rhythm is the primary developmental gateway.
